The estimator provides a non-binding ballpark based on property data, homeowner-confirmed geometry, stated assumptions, and CRL’s current approved pricing rules. It is not a bid, proposal, contract, guarantee, or offer to perform work.

Field verification required

Aerial imagery can be dated, incomplete, or assigned to a nearby structure. Final scope and pricing require CRL to inspect and verify measurements, access, concealed conditions, code requirements, material selections, supplier pricing, and permit needs.
