Estimator Privacy Notice

This notice covers information submitted through CRL’s aerial project estimator. It supplements any privacy information on CRL’s main website.

Information we collect

We collect the property address you select, the map location and measurements you confirm, project answers, contact information, consent choices, and technical information needed to secure the service.

How we use it

CRL uses this information to prepare a preliminary planning range, review the property, respond to your project request, prevent abuse, and improve the estimator. Promotional text consent is optional and recorded separately from project-contact consent.

Service providers

Property and imagery features may use Google Maps Platform, Google Solar API, and public Connecticut parcel, building, aerial-imagery and impervious-surface data. Lead information may be delivered through Formspree. Financing links lead to Acorn Finance or Foundation Finance, whose own privacy terms apply.

Website analytics

CRL uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the estimator. It may use cookies and collect technical and interaction information such as device and browser type, approximate location, referring source, pages viewed, estimator progress, successful estimate generation, successful lead delivery, financing-partner clicks, and phone clicks.

CRL’s estimator analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email address, property address, measurements, or project notes. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. You may limit cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Choices and contact

You may ask CRL to correct or remove an estimator submission, or opt out of promotional texts by replying STOP. Call or text 475-201-7985 for privacy questions.
